I suspect Mr. Cain is already regretting releasing this man's name. He appears to be an outsider to the world of economics on a national/international level. He seems to be the financial planner down the street type.

Maybe this plays out ok for Cain. He can play the fact that he's (Lowrie) an outsider is actually a strength, given how well those "insiders" have done.
