IT was announced today that the Susan G. Komen charity will no longer donate funds to Planned Parenthood. At the heart of this is the fact that PP is currently under investigation by some conservatives in Congress, and that by Komen's new by-laws, they will not donate to organizations being investigated. Planned Parenthood has come under fire from the Right for using public tax dollars for abortions and contraceptives. Reaction has been fairly intense in the last few hours on social media.
