Whoa there Nellie-You got to read the fine print. Finally it is both parties-Don't paint the GOP as the only bad guys. Look what the Dems did to get us there-That being said, I blame them both and if they fail to get the deficit raised, we are going to hell in a blazing hand cart
ReplyDeleteI spent a lot of time in the car the last few days and I heard quite a bit of RW talk radio saying the GOP would be wrong to accept anything from Obama's offer except the cuts. Which may be dandy ratings fodder, but a lousy way to try and govern. I agree both parties, not just the GOP got us where we are...but like one of these articles I read said. If on the night of the mid terms, someone had said Pres. Obama would offer 4 trillion in cuts including some that effected Medicare, no one would have believed it. I'd say the GOP won. Big time. But it seems they're afraid to declare victory...
