We're going to try and compile the most noteworthy political ads throughout the campaign season. This ad came out prior to the Romney spot we featured a few days ago. It uses Cain's campaign manager, Mark Block as the spokesperson, with a mostly traditional message why his guy is the best choice for America. Of note is the fact that Block then puffs on a cigarette after his section is finished. The last 15 seconds or so of the spot shows a closeup of Herman Cain, who slowly breaks into a large grin.
Cain does not speak in this ad...
