Disturbing story that seems to have fallen under the radar of most of my conservative friends. Call me a cynic, but I wonder if they'd be so quite if this had happened under President Obama's watch?
This practice was happening between 2003 and 2008, when George W. Bush was in office.
Its safe to say Bush had no knowledge of this or he would've stopped immediately.
I think if Obama had been POTUS, and this came out, the calls for his head would be deafening.
